FAQ
How fast do prints ship?
Most orders take 1-3 business days to process. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days (depending on USPS and your location).
I only received part of my order!
Totally normal sometimes - calendars, stickers, and other non-print items often ship separately and may arrive on different days.
If you think you’re missing a print or something looks off, reach out ASAP and I’ll help sort it out.
What is your refund policy?
At this time, all artwork sales are final (since everything is packed with care and often produced in limited runs).
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order - if you spot a mistake, message me ASAP and I’ll do my best to catch it before it goes out.
While I can’t guarantee delivery once a package is in USPS’s hands, I’m always happy to help you track it down if something seems stuck or lost.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please send a photo ASAP - I will always replace damaged prints.
Are the colors accurate?
I do my best to make sure the colors you see online match the print as closely as possible. That said, screens can display colors differently, so slight variations may occur (especially between phones, tablets, and monitors).
My tracking says “Delivered,” but I don’t have my package - help!
This happens occasionally, and it’s usually fixable. Here are the best next steps:
- Check your mailbox / porch / building mail area, and ask anyone else in your household.
- If you’re in an apartment, check with your front desk or mailroom.
- Ask a neighbor (sometimes packages get delivered one door over).
- Give it 24 hours - USPS deliveries are sometimes marked “Delivered” a bit early.
If it still hasn’t turned up after that, reach out to me and I’ll help you troubleshoot. :)
Will you restock sold-out items?
Sometimes! Restocks depend on the piece, the season, and what I’m able to print at the time. The best way to hear about restocks (and new releases) is to follow along on Instagram where I post updates!
How should I care for my prints?
To keep your print looking its best:
-
Frame it behind glass or acrylic!
-
Avoid placing it in direct sunlight to reduce fading over time!
-
If you’re storing it, keep it flat and dry, away from humidity!
Can I reproduce your artwork or use it commercially?
My artwork is sold for personal use only. That means it can’t be copied, scanned, reproduced, or used commercially (including for branding, products, or prints for resale) without written permission.
If you’re interested in licensing or a commercial use, feel free to reach out - I’m happy to chat.
